O rite.

A while ago, I was wondering why there were NO stories and no pictures of a crazy Lithuania. I decided to change that...

... one month later. I know, I phail :C

Idk what he's doing. I made his body crooked so he looks like he's wanting to fly or give the air a hug or something. WHAT R U DOIN THAR, TORIS. *headdesk*

This uniform was worse to draw than Ivan's. ON THE WHOLE WIDE INTERNET, I COULD ONLY FIND ONE REFERENCE FOR THE UNIFORM. Everything else was on medals and patches and stuff like that.

Well here are the parts of the uniform:
His shoulder pads are those of the Chief Customs Officer.
The insignia on his collar is that of the Chief Customs Officer
His breast badge is for the commander of the armed forces
and his shoulder patch is for the armed forces.


... Pfff I probably didn't even match it up. As much as I like uniforms, Im not sure if they were the pins and badges from TWO different ranks *utter fail* argh.

This is why I didn't even bother with adding any more medals xD'
