Omg, this was awkward to draw xDD Since aside from giftart and original characters, I dont really draw anything outside of Japanese material.

You guys probably thought my whole artistic life depended on Japanese stuff. WELL I PROVED YOU WRONG NOW DIDNT I???


Lolololol, I like ATLA, yus. Its kind of cheesy like GX but it has its own healthy dose of crack, so I watch it anyways. By the time I reached season 2, I already started to like Zutara (Srsly, when it comes to new series, I try my best to like canon so I wont be disappointed later on... But it never works DDD: ) It seems that I always want the main girl to be paired with the antagonist/anti-hero with the exception of Bleach and Yugioh DM >w> ;;

Funny thing is, before I gave ATLA a second chance (I watched the first eppie and lost interest for a year) I saw so much Zutara art that I thought it was canon XD;
Speaking of what's canon, and what's not, dont ship war here people :c What the hell is a fandom if everything was strictly canon? Who cares if something doesnt make sense, if its something that someone else supports, suck it up and DEAL WITH IT. Its not like they're hunting you down and trying to shove their beliefs down your throat.

But then again, there are other people who're like that. Just stop it >__> Its not getting anywhere and it just gives your fanship a bad name. </rant>



Well, back to the pic. I couldnt find a ref of Zu's sword and sheaf so I applied artistic liscense xPP Im aware that their clothes don't match up, since Katara doesn't wear her fire nation clothes when Zuko joins the group. But I liked it, so I drew it anyways. I think she looks better in red. But then... doesn't anyone get tired of wearing the same colored-clothes? x__X FN is strictly Red-gold, as EK is to Green-yellow etc. If I were them, I'd probably be parading down the streets wearing a tye-dyed shirt.


On to the anatomy, Kat's long ribcage is looonnng. I messed up on her breasts (as usual) Moved them up, making more room on her ribs so yerh. She was originally supposed to be twisting her torso slightly so her uh... left bewb is sticking out in an odd way. Oh, and the feetsiez are malformed.

So the background, I kinda just scribbled it on with that airbrush on PS. I dont like drawing out BGs at all... Tell me, does it look out-of place? x__X I wanted to color in the lineart to make it blend in a little, but that just sorta ruined the characters themselves.

As you know, my proportions are wack so I couldnt trace even if I wanted to. Things wouldnt match up >___> The relationship between the pose and the background looked better in my head orz.
